Refund Policy

As our payment and cancellations terms explain in more detail, in general we only take payment after completion of a journey. Due to this mechanism a refund will not be given since the service will have already been provided. If you have any complaints regarding the service, please call us on our telephone number as showing in the app and on our webpage.

Cancellation and Bookings

We understand your travel plans may change, so we offer a simple cancellation policy. Regardless of whether you made your reservation online, via mobile app, or by contacting us through our telephone numbers.

If you need to cancel your booking please contact Airport chauffeurs reading as soon as possible. All cancellations made before the booking time will not incur a penalty charge. 

    • Airport chauffeurs reading reserves the right to deduct 10% from the pre-paid fare when refunding the amount to you within 7 days of making the booking.
    • If the booking is cancelled within the 12 hours of pickup time then we shall charge 20% cancellation.
    • In exceptional circumstances, a penalty of up to 50% of the fare can be levied for late cancellations within 7 days of the original booking date.

As a general rule journeys from airports are dispatched up to one hour before flight arrival, journeys within areas we provide a service to are normally dispatched up to twenty minutes before their due time.

Airport chauffeurs reading  recommends phoning us on our contact number 01189860001 , 01189256000 and canceling with the telephone staff. A cancellation is only effective once you have received an email confirmation to the effect

Refunds to credit / debit cards can only be refunded to the original card used within 7 days of the original booking date. Refunds made by cheque can only be made out to the customers’ name that made the original booking. This will be posted to the customer within 5 days of the original booking date.


Airport chauffeurs reading  to cancel all services and provide upto 100% of the refunds (within 7 days of the original booking date), in the event of circumstances beyond their control. If a car breaks down during the journey, Airport chauffeurs reading will provide an alternative with a practical time allowance.


No refunds will be given for journeys terminated part way through the hire, full fare will be due to the driver and/or invoice issued if the journey is not pre-paid.
